Newtonian fluids are named after Isaac Newton, who first postulated the relation between the shear strain rate and shear stress for such fluids in differential form.

In continuum mechanics, a Newtonian fluid is a fluid in which the viscous stresses arising from its flow, at every point, are linearly proportional to the local strain rate—the rate of change of its deformation over time.

I think technology is a foe becasue more people in life were more smarter and then when the computer was  not out,and  when your on the computer for to long your eye's begin to get weak from being to long on the computer and can also burn out our brain cells.
